We take the clothes for you to the laundry and pick them up again. Price depends on the effort plus service charge.

Opera and theatre
Gain an insight into the multiply offers in the cultural area of Vienna. Visit the Vienna Opera, a theatre or a musical. For tickets reservation contact our reception. We will inform you about the latest performances.

Parking tickets, etc.
We offer for you parking tickets, tickets for the public transport and stamps.

Safe
If you want to take special care of your personal valuables you have the chance to order a safe for your apartment. Price as per the valid price list.

Shoeshine machine
On the first staircase at the main floor for free.

Sight Seeing
If you like to take part in a round trip through Vienna we order the tickets for you.

Safe, electric iron and ironing board or several household appliances
Costs depending on length of stay. Prices on the valid price list.

Shopping Service
The goods for daily needs can be delivered by "family friend" directly into the apartment. On request, we will gladly fill your refrigerator. (Mineral water, milk, bread, coffee, tea, sugar, fruit). Billing on a time plus service charge.

Washing machines
and dryers are situated on staircase II. You can buy tokens at the front desk.

Wellness terrace
You also have the opportunity to relax at our roof terrace (entrance staircase I, II or III) with comfortable deck chairs.
You can use it for small meetings or organized cocktail-parties .
